Delete your Mister1920 account & data

This page explains how to delete the account and data associated with the

Mister1920 mobile app. It exists so Google Play and the App Store can link

to a public deletion resource, as they require. You can start a request here

without reinstalling the app.

Option 1 — Delete my Mister1920 account

Requests deletion or anonymisation of your **Mister1920 customer account and

associated personal data**, held by us and by our store platform Shopify —

including your profile, saved addresses, and the app-specific data below.

• In the app: Account → Delete account & data → *Delete my account*.
• By email: email orders@mister1920.com from the address on your

account, subject "Delete my Mister1920 account".

We action the request within 30 days (or sooner where your local law requires)

and confirm by reply. Certain records — for example completed-order and payment

records — may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention

or other legal obligations.

Option 2 — Delete app data only

Removes only the data the app stores about you on our servers, and leaves your

Mister1920 / Shopify customer account and order history intact:

• your registered device and push-notification token,
• your notification preferences,
• your back-in-stock ("notify me") requests.

• In the app: Account → Delete account & data → *Delete app data only*.
• By email: subject "Delete my app data" to orders@mister1920.com.

Data stored on your phone — your sign-in session, cached profile, saved bag,

and reward codes — is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.

What is not affected by either option

• Purchases and payment records required for tax, accounting, and fraud

prevention are retained for the period the law requires.

• Data already shared with advertising or analytics providers (see the

Privacy Policy) is subject to their

own retention and deletion processes; tell us and we will pass on your

request.
